Booking & Refund Policy
All appointments for astrology readings and sound bowl healing sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • No refunds will be issued for canceled or missed appointments unless specified otherwise.

  • You may reschedule your session without penalty, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

  • All sales are final; sessions are for personal use and guidance only, and results may vary.

  • If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrivals do not qualify for extensions or refunds.

Right to Refuse Service

Rose Madelaine Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a clients behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive, or if the service is not a good energetic or professional fit. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Usage Guidelines
You agree to use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

  • Attempting to hack or breach security of the Site

  • All content, materials, session recordings, and written interpretations provided by Rose Madelaine Inc. are the intellectual property of Rose Madelaine Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.

No Medical or Mental Health Advice

All services, content, and information provided through this Site, including astrology readings and sound healing sessions, are for informational and educational purposes only.
